Phoenix Rising Baltimore is an organization committed to give victims & survivors of sexual abuse, assault & rape the opportunity to release themselves of the guilt, hurt, pain & stigma associated with this pandemic. Our goal is to promote healing one person at a time for all to emerge from the ashes of shame like a Phoenix Rising.
